Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect the same for our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- You need to provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
- Specify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
- Identify the material to be removed and provide information to locate it.
- Include your contact information so that we can reach out to you.
- State that you have a good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization.
- Confirm that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Failure to provide accurate information can lead to penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt action.
It should be noted that we may share the information from copyright infringement claims with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and accept this.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you have the option to send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include your signature, details of the material, a statement of belief in good faith, and consent to legal jurisdiction.
- Your signature must be included in the counter notice.
- Describe the material taken down and its original location.
- Declare under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Provide your name, address, and consent to legal jurisdiction for a resolution.
Send your counter notification through our Contact page, preferably via email for efficiency.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers in compliance with the DMCA. We monitor and take action against those who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
Modifications
We retain the right to amend our DMCA policy at any time. We recommend checking back periodically for updates to this policy.
